EMERALD + SLIMYONIK AIR Treatment Tips

Follow these tips to get the best results from Emerald Laser and SLIMYONIK AIR Bodystyler combined treatment. It's important to understand that fat reduction and maintenance require long-term habit adjustments.

  1. Start increasing plain water intake leading up to the start of treatment course, aiming for a cup every hour during the day. 2-3L of water a day from 10-14 days before starting treatment helps to get the lymphatic system flowing: more flow = greater fat washed out of the body!
  2. Reduce caffeine and alcohol intake, these interfere with the metabolic processes stimulated by Emerald treatment, detoxing off of these addictive substances will allow best results and long term improved wellness.
  3. Plan to avoid pure carbohydrate intake on the days of treatment. This is to prevent opposition to the movement direction of the released fat from cell to the lymphatics and then to the excretory systems.
  4. Practice deep diaphragmatic breathing throught the nose. This will help increase the cellular respiration process with the 30% enriched oxygen during Slimyonil Air treatment, resulting in increased metabolism of sugars, mobilisation of stored fat, and increased energy.
  5. Work towards a high protein and moderate plant fats diet, with minimal carbohydrates, especially on the days of treatment (to maximise the fat breakdown).
  6. Aim for or exceed the 30 mins a day for 5 days a week of puffing/sweating level exercise as per National Heart Foundation (powerwalk, up and down stairs).

Clothes to wear during treatment

Best to wear skin tight clothing for treatments. Styku 3D body scan requires skintight/activewear (no shapewear) or in underwear. EmeraldLaser require the skin of treatment area to be exposed (eg typically the abdomen and back). Slimyonil Air treatment is most comfortable with the hygiene pants directly over thin pants or over underwear. There’s generally no need to remove body hair over the treatment area.

Sessions and expectations

Minimum of 6 sessions before measuring progress, recommend 10 session for noticible waist circumference loss in the majority of patients. Treatments need to have at least 1-2 days break in between, to allow the fat to be removed via the lymphatics.

As fat weigh less than other tissue, common weight loss methods tend to cause loss of muscle or water more than loss of fat volume. This means that if you are combining the treatment with the recommended level of exercise, your weight may not reduce much, but you will look and be slimmer, clothes feel looser, and with a more defined waist-hip ratio. In the same vein, if your goal was to reduce the final layer of fat to enhance your muscle definition, Emerald + Slimyonil Air will deliver targeted results safely.

To achieve optimal results and sustain long-term healthy body composistion, dietary adjustments are essential. Because the EmeraldLaser stimulates the release of stored energy from your fat cells, which your body then utilises efficiently, avoid excessive food intake to make the most of this. This process promotes significant fat reduction and also boosts your overall energy levels.
